Here is an exhibition which displays some colourful creations, to say the least. These sculptures are made of sand just like those of Tibetan monks, although you naughty readers are thinking (I know it!) that these monks don’t have access to acid, magic mushrooms or anything of the like… Do you mean you don’t believe this could be achieved by letting our inner child get creative?? ;-)

Anyhow, I enjoyed the art, the transience of it, loved the colours (very Zazou-like), and wish I could have a backyard full of crazy sandy mounds. The kitties would have a blast in there :-)

BTW, this was an exhibition by Nicole Andrijevic and Samuel Overington, recipients of the 2005 Alliance Française (Prize for VCA graduates)
